The Role of Nurse Leadership in Today’s Health Care Industry
Your nurse practitioner degree not only sets you apart from your peers, but it also makes you a leader among them. As a leader, you’re responsible for inspiring the next generation of nurses to perform, engage, and work together to achieve a common goal.
Moving into a leadership position requires, at the minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. However, most large health care organizations require a Master’s Degree in a nursing specialty or nursing/health care administration.
