For the creatively inclined among us, this might be ‘old hat,’ on an experiential level at least. When we engage in something creative (like crafting or art-making), we generally tend to feel better in ourselves after the fact.
When it comes to empirical evidence, many studies also indicate a link between crafting/art-making for positive mental health and stress reduction.
